Un ataque sicarial acaba con la vida de dos personas y deja una herida en Los Patios
En la madrugada de ayer, a las 3:45 a.m., un violento ataque sicarial se registró en el Anillo Vial Oriental, a la altura del municipio de Los Patios. El incidente dejó dos muertos y un herido de gravedad. Las víctimas fueron identificadas como Julián Andrés Toscano Ríos (32 años) y Ana Fernanda Villamizar Luna (25 años). Ambos murieron en el lugar, mientras que Camilo Andrés Cañizares Cárdenas (26 años), quien también estaba en el vehículo, resultó herido pero sobrevivió.
El ataque
Los hechos ocurrieron cuando los tres se trasladaban en un Chevrolet Spark, conducido por Toscano Ríos. Repentinamente, cuatro hombres armados en dos motocicletas se acercaron al automóvil y dispararon. Los disparos provocaron que Toscano perdiera el control del vehículo y se estrellara contra un poste. Mientras Toscano y Villamizar quedaron atrapados en el carro con múltiples heridas, Cañizares logró salir con lesiones leves y fue trasladado a un hospital.
La escena del crimen
Al llegar las autoridades, inicialmente pensaron que se trataba de un accidente de tránsito. Sin embargo, al inspeccionar el lugar, descubrieron que se trataba de un ataque armado. En el sitio se encontraron diez vainillas de bala y un proyectil, además de dosis de estupefacientes.
¿Qué ocurrió antes del ataque?
Testimonios revelaron que, poco antes del incidente, Cañizares había llamado a Toscano para que lo recogiera en un establecimiento del Centro Comercial Bolívar. El plan era dirigirse a un motel en la zona, donde Cañizares se encontraría con una persona conocida como Isis, quien lo había invitado a una fiesta. Al llegar, se dieron cuenta de que la fiesta no existía y decidieron irse. Fue en el trayecto de regreso, a pocos metros, cuando ocurrió el ataque.
Posible línea de investigación
Aunque inicialmente se creyó que Toscano estaba realizando un servicio como conductor, nuevas versiones apuntan a que el ataque iba dirigido específicamente a él. Las autoridades sospechan que las víctimas tenían conexiones con fiestas clandestinas en moteles de la zona, en las que se consumen drogas y alcohol. La presencia de pequeñas dosis de estupefacientes en el vehículo y dinero en efectivo refuerzan esta hipótesis.
Continuarán las investigaciones
La Policía Metropolitana de Cúcuta y la Brigada Interinstitucional de Homicidios (Brinho) continúan investigando el caso. Aunque las versiones iniciales no han dado claridad, se esperan nuevos avances en las próximas horas. Las autoridades buscan determinar si el ataque estuvo relacionado con el tráfico de drogas o si hubo un ajuste de cuentas detrás de esta tragedia.
